The programs are broken into 3 phases. The first phase is the Loading Phase. The first two days of the program are called loading days in which you have to load up on foods high in fat and consume 3,500 calories each day. Our bodies normally burn sugar, and then fat, but this will help to reverse the process and put you into a fat burning mode when you get to day 3-40. The second phase is the Weight Loss Phase in which you’ll lose the majority of the weight. Expected weight loss during that time is 25-45 pounds. During this phase, we utilize intermittent fasting to accelerate fat loss. Don’t worry, you still get to eat! You will be consuming a low calorie diet each day (lean meats, low glycemic fruit, and anti-inflammatory vegetables) but the metabolic drops will give you energy, help you burn visceral fat quickly and stabilize you without using any stimulants. The candida cleanse will help your body with yeast overgrowth which leads to sugar cravings, fatigue, bloating etc. The drops are FDA approved and are a blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. The last phase is the Stabilizing Phase in which you will start to reincorporate breakfast and go up to a regular calorie diet for 3-4 weeks.
